Wildcats Overpower Pioneers

McKENZIE, TN - Chris Bernard led all scorers on the night with 21 points and Randy Stanley added 20 points for the Crowley's Ridge College Pioneers, but that was not enough as the Pioneers fell to Bethel University on the road 117-81.
Bethel managed to pull away in the first half of the game taking a 56-38 lead into the intermission. CRC opened the second half with a 8-2 run capped off by a Bernard three point basket with 17:09 to play to cut the Wildcat led to 58-45. The Pioneers would not get closer the rest of the night.
CRC will travel down the road to Walnut Ridge, AR to take on the Eagles from Williams Baptist on Thursday.
