HOLLY SPRINGS, MS - Crowley's Ridge College shot a season high 60.3% from the floor on the night, ( 35-58 ) but could not overcome 25 turnovers in a 91-82 loss on the road at Rust College.
CRC was led by Randy Stanley with 21 points and 11 rebounds on the day. Freshman Caleb Barnes added 14 points and nine rebounds in his first start of the season. Kyle Moore and Braeden Williams each scored 13 points and Xavier Lumpkin added 11 points for the Pioneers.
Rust College shot 53.1% on the night with a 34 of 64 effort including 10 for 22 from behind the three point line in the win.
Kortez Wade led Rust with 28 points.
