TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. – Crowley's Ridge College started off slow but got going late in the first half to go into halftime tied at 27 each. The second half saw Florida National shoot 61.3% and take the 78-59 win over the Pioneers.
J.D. Smith led CRC (3-19, 1-4) with 18 points in the loss. B.J. Johnson had a double-double on the day with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Ke Roberson added 11 points in the loss to the Conquistadors (4-5, 2-0).
