CRC WINS FINAL NON-CONFERENCE GAME
PARAGOULD, AR - Crowley's Ridge College knocked off a stubborn Campbellsville University-Harrodsburg team 83-78 in CRC's final non-conference game of the season. CRC took advantage of a 41-32 rebound edge on the day and a 20-10 difference in second-chance points to secure the win.
Arthur Johnson bucketed a must-make layup with :36 seconds to play to give CRC the edge, which allowed two late free throws by Timquorian Johnson to seal the win for CRC.
The game had 13 lead changes and the score was tied 5 different times.
Timquorian Johnson scored 23 points and Arthur Johnson added 16 points and eight rebounds of his own off the bench for CRC. Braxton Cousins added a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds in the win.
