PIONEERS PULL OUT ROAD WIN
ST. LOUIS, MO - Timquorian Johnson led CRC with 20 points and Braxton Cousins added a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds to pull out a 78-69 conference win.
The Pioneers held the Hornets to 39% shooting on the afternoon, including a 1-15 three-point effort.
CRC improves to 13-7 and 7-3 in conference play this season.
With his first two points of the contest, Braxton Cousins passed TeWayne Smith (06-11), moving up to 2nd All-Time in points scored in Pioneer program history. Cousins currently sits at 1,485 in his career.
