PIONEERS SURVIVE ROAD CONFERENCE WIN
ST. LOUIS, MO - Clutch free throws down the stretch and three clutch three pointers helped Crowley's Ridge College hold on and pull out an 84-82 conference road win over Harris-Stowe State.
Cole Nichols led CRC with 18 points, and Caleb Wade added 15 points and six rebounds off the bench in the win. Azani Smith scored 14 points, and Ethan Bell added 12 points on the afternoon.
CRC led by 11 at the half, but the Hornets rallied by shooting 20 of 29 in the second half for 69%.
