Avery Price, a middle infielder from Longview, Texas, joins CRC's Softaball program from the other side of the fence after a standout career at Longview High School and two solid seasons at the University of Arkansas–Rich Mountain. A three-year varsity starter, Avery was named 2nd Team All-District in 2019 and finished her high school career with a .303 batting average. In her collegiate career at Rich Mountain, she totaled 142 plate appearances, proving herself a reliable presence up the middle. Off the field, Avery maintained a 3.8 GPA, earning a spot on the Vice Chancellor's List in 2021 and being inducted into Phi Theta Kappa, the national honor society for two-year colleges. Avery holds a bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Arkansas and is married to Isaac Price, and they currently reside in Paragould, AR.
