Crowley's Ridge dropped to 6-5 on the year and 1-5 in the American Midwest Conference with this afternoon's loss to Williams Baptist University.

Paragould, Ark- The Lady Pioneers returned to the court this afternoon after the Holiday break in an American Midwest Conference matchup against the Lady Eagles of Williams Baptist University. In the afternoon's matchup, the Eagles took advantage of Pioneer turnovers, dominating the contest and swiftly defeating Crowley's Ridge. The Eagles took a 31-point lead over the Pioneers at the halftime break, which WBU would only increase in the back half of the matchup. In the spotlight for CRC, the Pioneers had three players post double-digit efforts with a pair of freshmen leading the charge as Sara McCain led the offense with 11 points, and fellow freshman Kynslee Ward followed with her first collegiate double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds. Sophomore Jordan Rasmussen was the final double-digit Pioneer with 10 points and 9 rebounds in the loss.
