Women's Basketball fell to 0-2 on the season, being defeated by Rust College tonight in the Carter Activities Center.
Paragould, Ark.- The Pioneer offense saw a boost in performance from its season-opening loss to Evangel University, with the team mustering 51 points in tonight's loss to the Rust Bearcats. Tonight's offensive leader for the Pioneers was freshman Elisabeth Green, who bucketed 15 points off the bench for the Pioneers. Red-shirt sophomore Brailey Houseman and sophomore Mallory Welch each added a dozen points to the CRC cause, with Houseman also leading the team in rebounds with 8. Along with her 12 points, Welch tied the program's record for most steals in a contest with 7.
